Na aukciji fotografije snimljene tri tjedna prije smrti Marilyn Monroe

Posljednje fotografiranje Marilyn Monroe prije njezine smrti bilo je 13. srpnja 1962. na plaži u Santa Monici u Kaliforniji, a slavnu glumicu fotografirao je njezin prijatelj George Barris. Fotografije su izvorno bile namijenjene knjizi koja je otkazana nakon glumičine smrti.

Sada će serija fotografija, snimljena u ljeto 1962. godine, odnosno, samo tri tjedna prije njezine smrti, biti ponuđena na aukciji u Londonu 4. lipnja od strane aukcijske kuće Bloomsbury Auctions. Predviđa se da će svaka slika dostići cijenu od 1500 dolara, a mogući su naravno i viši iznosi s obzirom na pasionirane kolekcionare.
